EVICTION F.A.Q.
Why are your prices lower than others?
We are a processing company. We prepare motions which the client then files with the court. Our business is done by fax or email. We don't see clients in our offices. We don't have commissioned sales people so we don't have to hike up our fees to pay them. We have paralegals and administrative staff and we answer the phones because we believe our clients want to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. We charge a fair price for our services because we have the volume and don't need to gouge our customers.
How does the process work?
If you need our help you send us the first 3 pages of your Unlawful Detainer, we will send you back a contract that tells you what we will do and what you need to do. Once we get the signed contract back and confirm payment we will prepare your first motion. when it is finished we will email or fax it to you along with instructions for filing it. You sign the motion, copy it and take it to the court clerk's office to file. In a way it is like renewing your registration at the DMV.
How can I pay you?
Most people pay using Pay-Pal. We never ask for any financial information. Pay-Pal  takes your info and does not share it. Since you are paying Pay-Pal it acts like an escrow company holding your funds until we deliver your first motion. If you don't have a credit or debit card you can simply go to any Wells Fargo branch and deposit the fees directly in our business account.
Can you file for me?
If you are in Southern California we can file for you. There is an extra charge for the court runner. If you are in Central or Northern California check with us.
